Session times
The Adult Tennis Program is a popular initiative that brings together the fitness, lifestyle and social benefits of tennis in a welcoming, non-competitive environment. Catering for all levels from complete beginners to advanced players, it's also a great way to rediscover the game if you've played in previous years.
Participants are grouped with players of similar standard, or you can form your own group. Choose between a cardio and court movement focused program for a high intensity workout, or a technical program to improve stroke play, consistency and execution. Players also develop basic singles and doubles strategy, with an emphasis on matchplay, fitness and enjoyment throughout.
Adult sessions are conducted on weekday evenings and weekends, exclusively at Currawong Tennis Club.
